Due to large volume of patients wishing to receive NHS Dental treatment and long waiting list, we have no option but to deregister patients who have not attended for two years or more. We do send text, email and letter reminders to our patients to remind them when they are due for dental examination. Once we de-register you, you won’t be able to access NHS treatment at our practice.
It’s very important to update us about your medical history (Medical conditions and medications including allergies) and personal details (change of home address, phone number and email address) as we have noticed many communications/reminders sent to patients for their appointments get returned to us as patients don’t update us with the changes.
We accept cash, cheques and all major debit and credit cards except American express. For NHS & Private patients, we ask for payment at each visit. We ask for deposit for any treatment appointments. Alternatively you can join Denplan which is a private monthly payment scheme which covers all your treatment with the exception of laboratory bills.
If you are anxious or worried about any aspect of your dental treatment, please don’t be embarrassed – let us know. We are friendly and understanding. We will do our best to help you feel comfortable and relaxed so you can get through your appointment and enjoy a healthy, confident smile. We can also arrange for you to see a hypnotherapist to help you relax during your treatment at additional fee.
